Addie Grace is growing like a weed! Everyday she tries to say new words and learns new tricks. She loves to say the blessing at meal times. Well she doesn't actually pray but she does get excited to fold her hands together when it's time to bless the food. She has also learned where the cheese is kept in the refrigerator and loves to swipe a piece anytime the door is open. I have to limit the number of slices she has a day as I think she would eat a slice each time the door was opened, and quite frankly, that just would not be good for either of us. I am amazed everyday at what she is learning and how her little mind works. She is a blessing to watch grow!
It has been such fun watching her excitement and interest in the things of Christmas this holiday season. She thinks the Christmas tree and garland on the mantel with the lights are great, enjoys saying "ho ho" to anything that has Santa on it, and loves looking at the Nativity scene on the dining room table. She likes to pet the sheep, cow and donkey and loves to love on baby Jesus. More on Christmas in another post.
